Gift Delivery Service

By using our website you will be able to send quality gifts to your friends and loved ones in New Zealand so easily and cost effectively that you may never want to see another shop or post office again!

Every order over $150.00 will be delivered to any address in New Zealand FREE of any delivery or insurance charges.

Most deliveries occur within the following time frames:

• North Island – 3 working days
• South Island – 5 working days
• Rural areas – 3-7 working days

Please be aware that some of our product is fragile and requires specialist /expert handling.

For Express delivery within 1-2 days, please contact us with the product you would like, the desired delivery date and delivery address. We will reply with a delivery quote and further instructions.

We do not usually provide an international shipping service. However, if you absolutely must have a product please contact us for a shipping quote.

We are committed to providing you with the most convenient, cost effective and efficient service possible. We only choose quality gifts so you can be assured of making the right choice – always difficult when you can’t see the product for yourself. If you have concerns please see our returns policy.

Your gift will be sent by a reputable courier company and will be fully traceable.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control causing late delivery - such as, but not limited to, actions by the courier company or inter-island ferries, industrial action, acts of god or war

How To Order

It's easy!

• Select the goods you require via the catalogue on the home page by clicking “Add to cart”. You can view your shopping cart contents at any time by clicking on “Cart Contents” on the top menu. You can delete items from your cart if you wish.
• You will need to click on Create an Account and enter your details before you can complete your purchase. This can be done right at the beginning or after selecting your items. The next time you make a purchase you will only need to login with your password.
• After you check out and click on “I’m ready to purchase”, you can choose the delivery address the gift is to be sent to and type in the message you would like us to put on the complimentary gift card if required.
• Please use the comments box in this section for the following:
  1. Your gift card(s) message(s).
  2. Any specific instructions for the courier as to where to leave your parcel.
  3. To advise us of the date of the special occasion.
  4. Any other relevant information.
  The total cost of your purchase will be shown at this stage.
• Your credit card details are not entered until the end of the whole process (see Security page) so you can cancel your transaction at any stage prior to this by logging off the site.

We do not hold your credit card details so your purchase cannot proceed without you entering your credit card details in the secure on-line Payment Express connection each time. Your payment will be verified and confirmation sent immediately. Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you.

At present we are authorised to accept Visa and Mastercard transactions.
